I’m Gilbert! I’m a life coach for adults like you. I’ll provide breathing room for you to share what’s been on your mind in a nonjudgmental space. I have the training and professional listening skills to help you see where you’re getting stuck and what the areas of opportunity for you are.

I’ll guide our conversations so that they are constructive and you walk away with real direction. Then, I’ll ensure there’s accountability with your actions. When you start to make serious moves, I will be lighting up your confidence every step of the way in a way that AI can not.

Should I see a therapist or a life coach?

Therapy often focuses on healing from the past, processing mental health challenges, and treating conditions like anxiety, depression, and address trauma.

Life coaching is more present and future-focused. It helps you clarify what you want, overcome obstacles, build better habits, and take meaningful action toward the life you want to live.
