I give adults a 1 on 1 space to think out loud, gain confidence and direction, and start to make moves on the goals and problems that they’ve been wanting to work on. Here’s what our clients have done with their breathing room:

This is what I wanted from therapy. It’s made me more disciplined and accountable, given me more concrete steps to follow through on what I wanted. I’m taking it a day at a time, because in the past I wanted everything and it felt overwhelming. It feels good to make progress.
