How Breathing Room Works
Let’s make this really simple:
Step 1: The Start
First Intake Session: about 75 minutes. All new clients start out with this session. Before the session, I’ll send you something called the Life Satisfaction Survey, where you’ll be able to evaluate different areas of your life and get an overview of how things are going for you. In our session, we’ll discuss your survey and your specific goals for life coaching. This helps us get familiar with one another and helps me understand your background before going deeper into subjects in future sessions.
Decided whether or not you want to continue with life coaching sessions.
Step 2: Truly Creating Your Breathing Room:
Sign up for one of these options after you finish the First Intake Session and think this is a good fit for you.
Six 1-Hour Sessions: If you got value out of the First Intake Session and are ready to dive into your goals, six sessions could make sense for you! Ideally, your first three sessions will be on consecutive weeks so you can get the hang of thinking out loud, building rapport with me, setting your goals, and making progress towards your goals.
Eight 1-Hour Sessions: Go with this option if you have a really good feeling about this coaching relationship and know you’re in this for a longer haul. The incentive? You’ll get $25 off for your commitment.
Step 3: The Breathing Room Limit Does Not Exist (shoutout Mean Girls):
Sign up for this option after you finish one of the packages above. You can sign up for this as many times as you want.
